Game On!!

We’ve had three rehearsals and the cast list is closed.And it’s very much game o­n! for Letchworth and Baldock Gang Show MMX.

What an amazing selection of music we have in this year’s Show.The most contrasting, eclectic mix I have ever known in aShow.

Bold statement.

We have songs ranging from The Beatles, Queen and The Kinks to songs from Abba, Eddie Cochrane and Canned Heat.Rock o­n!!

We have music ranging from Rolf Harris and Disney to music from Tommy Dorsey,Fred Astaire and Glenn Miller.Swing o­n!!

We even have a whole section from this year’s charts with songs from Leona Lewis, Black Eye Peas and N Dubz.Rap o­n!!

I have again a Gang of kids (62 is a comfortable number) who are enthusiastic, talented and such fun to work with.

I have again a bunch of (hopefully) funny sketches, lots of linking readings and even some challenging acting.

I have again a team around me who are so supportive, so hard working and reliable.My thanks always to Goodies, CJ, PT Phlip and J and Michaela (who can really sing)and we so welcome Carolyn (who can really dance).

I have again wonderful rehearsal facilities at 1^st Baldock and I thank Phil and the Committee for their support.And we so look forward to going to St Francis for our early Christmas rehearsal (Bah! Humbug with Xmas hats.)

I have again youngsters who can choreograph and can dance (good job really, cos I can’t)

And we will again give Letchworth and Baldock District a Gang Show to remember and to be proud of.Game o­n!!
