TFL Swaziland 2009
The County Expedition to Swaziland has just moved up a gear following the arrival of a 40 foot container at Well End.
Onwards and Upwards
I’d like to remind all the Scouts, and particularly Explorers, about the Mountaineering courses that are run at Lochearnhead each year.
Every year in the week after Easter, the Mountaineering Section runs an Initial Hillwalking Course (IHC) and an Intermediate Mountaineering Course (IMC). The IHC is aimed at older Scouts (13-14) and delivers a broad spectrum of skills needed to be safe and happy in the hills. The IMC takes this further for Explorer Scouts (14-18) and for Scout Network and Adults.
